Brady group was established in 1895 with the commencement of W.H. Brady & Co. Ltd. Its goal of modernising India by importing advanced technology started in the textiles industry which has now been diversified to the aviation sector. The knowledge gained by working with renowned International Companies enabled the group to establish its own manufacturing company of Material Handling Equipment in 1946 through its subsidiary Brady Engineering Company Ltd., which subsequently was renamed as Brady & Morris Engineering Co. Ltd. With both companies being listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, the group has grown strength to strength. It further leveraged its skills by diversifying into property facilities management and Non-Schedule helicopter charter services through Brady Services Pvt. Ltd. and Brady Air Ltd. respectively.
